Construction of the new Hotel Narcisa
In the first half of 2024 we began building the new boutique Hotel Narcisa 4* in Banovci. The hotel offers unique experiences marked by a personal approach, a homely feel and friendliness. The focus is on a healthy lifestyle, thermal water, an active use of free time, the wellness offer and home-style cuisine and wine experiences created with local providers.
This is a sustainability-oriented investment aimed at improving the quality of services and raising the added value of the region’s tourism offer. The existing 24 hotel units have been complemented by 31 new boutique accommodation units in the 4* category.

Purpose of the investment
The investment expands the capacity of the existing accommodation facility, raises the level of quality and increases the added value of the tourism offer.
The project contributes to the balanced development of tourism at national and regional level, to sustainable development, to a higher quality of the tourism offer, to greater accommodation capacity, to the development of new tourism experiences, to digitalisation and to strengthening employees’ skills.

Completion of the project
At Terme Banovci we have successfully completed the construction of the new boutique Hotel Narcisa 4*, which was ceremonially opened on 31 March 2026. The new hotel brings 31 modern boutique rooms and is a significant upgrade to the destination’s tourism offer.
Hotel Narcisa 4* combines modern architecture with elements of the local Prlekija tradition and offers guests a comfortable stay in calm thermal surroundings. Particular emphasis is given to sustainability, the use of natural materials and a pleasant boutique experience.
The hotel offers quality accommodation, wellness and thermal experiences, relaxation programmes and facilities for smaller business and conference events. With the new hotel, Terme Banovci further strengthens its offer for Slovenian and international guests looking for a break, relaxation and a genuine local experience.
